Hey guys, so i like, hired 7 people on oDesk.com. all of them was very excited and eager to start working, but once hired, i haven't heard from them for 3 days! they havent even worked 1 minute. how annoying is that? did it happen to you as well?
Really disgusting when the contractors response lately. Well I've once hired two people for article re writing and fortunately both of them were very punctual and active and submitted their task within the deadlines.

Yes. It does happen at times. However, you need to be of sure whom you are hiring. It is wise to hire those that have a good number of posts on the website with some credibility.
I agree. I once hired someone for social bookmarking and seldom did he went online. He gave me the output links but that was not what I instructed him. He told me that he was so busy in his office. I ended the contract right away and fortunately I got a very great contractor to replace him. The lesson I learned, always check the feedback, the workload he/she currently has and have some time for a thorough interview.
