    I did similar research. I determined that most people that get banned etc.. are scammers and don't maintain any reserves.

    I cannot say that I hate PayPal, but I definitely am not impressed by the way that they do business. From time to time I also suffer losses (both as seller and buyer) but am still using their services as the good is more than the bad. I think most of the problems come from expecting too much from PayPal or not reading their terms of service. My suggestion is not to hate and leave the game, but to understand its rules and play the game as long as you are interested in it. In case the game is not according to the rules you always have legal options to defend your rights and money. And one more advice, when using PayPal, do not expect that they will take loss in the name of fairness and do not expect protection outside of the coverage. PayPal strictly follows the rules of business and business is not always a fair play.

    I m also fed-up to Paypal its reason is not any problem with my account but actual cause is Paypal is not starting still its services for my countey, so I dont like it.

    I would always like to say that i need to switch thorugh paypal to some other payment method but the problem is that paypal is worldwide accepted....only we can switch through paypal if every person at once leave the paypal to other suitable payment method...

    Basically i got the problem with paypal also and the same problem i got $1200 in my account paypal got my account limited for 180 days...and also once a person hacked my account and transfered $200 from my account i claimed at paypal but with the sumbission of wrong documents by victim paypal refused my claim....and said the person has submitted the right documents

    all i can say paypal is just taking a benefit of there bieng one in world....

    I have 5+ years experience with PayPal. From my experience I can say that you mostly get limited/banned when you are accessing your account from different country IP. I remember few years before I had limited account and had to wait 180 days because I logged in to my account while on holidays LOL :D.
