    just try some other domain and get the account and get that site redirected to your new site soo the traffic is the same and the adsense is new soo dont worry thats it

    I got my adsense banned too after a great increase in website traffic during the Pacquiao-Clottey Fight. Fortunately, i got it reactivated by supplying my cellphone number but it seemed odd that for now.. 4 clicks does not provide an earning. Hmm.. Well, i will be observing in the next few days.

    Did you promote your adsense sites in your signatures here?
    Ever heard of click bombing??
    Did you test any black hat methods with your account such as trek etc.
    Somebody who was your friend before and knew about your adsense sites and latter turned into your foe??
    I am pretty much sure some of the above things will be true about you. They don't ban your ass for no reason.
