I had two threads, what should I do now ??

I have two threads which were closed today. Supposedly, it clashes with new TOS. However, money has been exchanged for a "task" from a few members here. How do I update them in addition to use of the PM system. Also, if those threads are deleted, I will not be able track well, who paid what. I also need to update them on a timely basis about the progress.

Will it be ok if I start a new thread in General Chat section ?? I totally approve of the steps taken by the forum staff but taking my thread off like this will hurt the intrests of people who invested with me.

Please let me know what I can do without disturbing/breaking the tos of this forum. Also, that I do not what rules are changed and the one's I know, I don't understand them.
