Finally i'm cancelling my adsense account as i had to move to china, as per their rule they have no other choices than cancel account and create one.. anyway had any tried this with success... i know i'll be accepted for new account if they help creating one as they say in their support and i have been a loyal member of adense for last 5 years ... adsense had earned me around $60,000+ and i'm very happy but just worried will i able to catch up the same amount with my new adsense... is there any way to continue with the same account for china.. any tips from you guys... and yea i currently have around $1200 in my account will that money be paid when i cancel my account this months..
Well contact their support and explain the same thing ur telling us they will probably just change ur details
I wouldn't cancel it. If you are making money. I'd spend a few bucks for a mailbox address in your existing country. Then direct deposit into your bank there. It's a whole lot easier to transfer funds than set everything up again. I of course have no idea what kind of banking laws apply between China and another country. But there has got to be a better solution for you than canceling and restarting.
If you're in the USA, keep your US Bank and ask them to deposit directly to your US Bank account. You can withdraw money in China using an ATM. Also, you should keep a mail box in the USA. Do some research to find out the best course for you. Also, if you have to cancel it, cancel it after the money is already deposited in your account.
I thought Google is very strict when it comes to withdrawal of your earnings. So you need to go back to your previous countries just to withdraw the money.
Hey, you need not cancel your account, there is option to change the country. I have done it once for my friend who made account from Dubai and currently in India. So be in touch with adsense team
Since you already cancel your account, then you cant get it back anymore. However, it will be fine for you to create another account in China after you move there.
Why do you need to cancel the account, there is an option for change of address, and change of address includes the full address which includes the country and pincodes too, so where is the problem, from my knowledge of adsense ToS, they only have issue with payee name change, which in any case you are not doing, the rest all details in adsense profile can be changed-except PAYEE name....peace....:Zzzz
dont cancel your account , unless and until you make a new approved account to all other members there are some countries listed such china india , singpore , when you move to this countries you have to close your previous account and get a new account in the following country , this is a new rule from May 2009
I'm sure they'll pay the $1200 they owe you. And as it's being said, you can keep the same account in some instances and not others, depending to which country you're moving. If you can keep a mail address and bank account in the US, then you could also open another account from china, and a chinese bank. But that's another issue I guess because not suggested by adsense.
Well thank you all for your replies...I'm moving from nepal to china and i'll be staying there for atleast 3 years or more for my masters in dermatology as i got schlorship there..so i can't keep the same address and withdraw from bank, nepal don't have such fascilities, i researched nothing way out.. Hope everything will go right.. i'm actually worried about the possible drop in earning with new adsense id ..
If your family lives in Nepal, contact google (adsense support) and request for a name change to your dad's name or brother's or someone else's.
If you have an adsense id, there won't be a drop in earning because it's from china, I least I hope that's not the way they conduct their business. Payment per click is not meant to be based on the location of the adsense publisher!
