I had a yahoo account for a really long time about 6 years +.
Do you think I will get something special one day?
Even though I barely use it, I keep it for the memories.

Who else has an old yahoo account? The reason I signed up in Yahoo is because it's the first website I ever visited.

Nah, aside from having a short yahoo address (if you have one) I doubt they will give you much else besides the standard upgrades (space) that everyone else gets anyway. 99% of people who sign up never cancel their email accounts when they get a new one, they just stop using it. So there are thousands and thousands, even millions of other people who have just as old or older accounts. Even Yahoo couldn't afford to give something (worth anything anyway) to all those people.

I've had the same Yahoo email for... man, almost 10 years now.

I'm in the military, so it's handy to have an account I can check anywhere.

Perhaps you can sell it in the B/S/T section. People are crazy about old aged domain or some sort, perhaps they are also after 'ancient' email.

My yahoo account is about 6 years old as well. It is a premium account since it is from my ISP AT&T. I am quite angry at them because they have decided to force ads on my accounts, even though they are through my ISP!

Got my Yahoo email account in 1998, same year I built an extreme gaming machine to play Tribes. It had an AMD K6 300 MHZ and a 4GB hard drive if I remember right.

I still have the account, but only use it for spam. At one point I didn't log in for a few months and they deleted my folders with emails I wanted to save =(

Yahoo didn't start offering mail accounts until 1998 I believe. Before that it was mostly a directory. So I'd love to know how Bruce got his in 1996 ;)

Flash news: Yahoo has just decided to give $10,000 for anyone who has had his email account for 5 years.
Do you know where I can buy an old yahoo email account?
