I hear you man. I'm not sure if your clicks are through adsense but I've learned to narrow my search keywords down to just a few. I target customers who are already looking for my product. I only get a few clicks a day but my conversions have been excellent.
I had 5000 clicks and no sales at all. And all clicks were highly targeted. So it is not you. Several people have seen a tremendous fall in sales during this week. It would definitely improve next week don't worry......
over the last week my aff sales have not been good. people are probably spending all their money on physical products at the moment
christmas time isn't a great time for online products like books and what not. people have to save and spend on other people.
170 clicks is nothing big friend. Even if you get 1700 clicks and no sale that is not a big news. But if you have 17000 clicks and no sale, then there must be something wrong.
I think that's the reason for the sudden fall. But then again there are sales for Christmas good as well right?
yeah depends what your promoting. I'm sure nobody wants to buy stuff like cure acne for christmas for other people.
Most of my sales are organic, but I actually lost like around $20 today because of a little ad spending. (spent around $40 as usual)
One of the worst weeks ive seen. I'm a little concerned by this though: I show 2 sales through adwords, but don't see one sale in clickbank? There's no time delay on sales with clickbank right? Hopefully tommorow is better.
yep - sales always has ups and downs. Human beings have a habit of freaking out when things don't go as well as usual, and celebrating when things go better than usual. Truth be told, things will usually often go better or worse than usual. Especially with Clickbank, since many products have different price points, different products get sold on different days, and different quantities are sold on different days. If you sell less than 10 Clickbank products per day, you can expect a lot of fluctuation day to day +/- 75% of average. However, if you sell over 100 clickbank products per day (powerseller) you'll probably stay within a +/- 10% of average range. Those are my observations at least.
it totally depends on what you are promoting at the moment. I had campaigns that got hundreds of clicks this week with minimal sales, but I also had campaigns that had hundreds of clicks with a pretty decent amount in sales. Its all about the offer. Campaigns can be hot for awhile and then fall off, don't sweat it, test other campaigns and see if your conversion rate is still as bad.
last three days were BAD. Really bad. Its the same campaigns i usually have 60-80 Clicks/Sale. I am just losing money on adwords those last days. Working on my organic stuff right now since this is BS.
