I had $100, what if first check by mail and later bank account?

I am new to google adsense and since 3 months I had working hard and just had $100. now I see there has written "Your payments are currently on hold. Action is required to release payment." when click, many things and I already done all accept last one.

what if first check by mail and later bank account? do google has change payments option?

Yes you can change the payments option.

 

you should get a pin by mail to your current address, did you get that yet? If not request another one.

 

it doesn't matter which payment option u select, no payment will be released until the hold is removed. if you are not sure how to, then i suggest u contact adsense support
