    That's adware. Someone trying to make a buck.

    Download spybot search and destroy and malwarebytes. Do scans and remove infected stuff. also scan with your anti virus.

    if you know exact name of virus then go to search engine and install its removal software into your computer. If you find then it is good.
    if there is no data in your computer then format it which is last solution for you.

    I think it is either a Spyware or Adware. Use Kaspersky or Spyware Doctor to remove that.

    I'd advise getting spybot search and destroy... i had a virus not long ago, and discovered i actually had about 30 + spyware programs on my system too. It's a good program, and it even cleans their entries from the registry too.

    SPYBot should be able to sort you out. Personally just got a spy ware virus as well and had alot of trouble deleting it. They are hard to get rid of but thats how they are designed. Anyway spybot sorted mine out.
