The picture looks very familiar. I have seen this, or one very similar to it before. What strikes me is that the boats are relatively clear and focused while the object in the air is blurred. Even the trees on the shoreline are somewhat focused.

I'm curious, did you shoot this photo?

Could you tell us how you first noticed it and what it looked like from memory? I mean the picture is rarely as good as seeing the real thing. Perhaps you recall something not evident in the photo. To be honest with you I am interested because I own a UFO and Aliens website and have always been interested in the subject.

It looks like a smudge to me. It's possible that it's something else though.

may be it is and may be its not but any one noticed all these ufo photos are all ways in bad weather

 

I don't think it's a UFO...that flying object is too far to visualize something out of common

 

LMAO looks like it can be just a big bird. The picture looks so blurry it could be anything maybe even a kite.

 

Definitely looks like something on the camera lens.

Put it in photoshop, auto-level it and then despeckle it a few times.
