I got threats from Someone that He will get me banned

    I don't know why, but I got a comment on my blog saying that he will get me banned by putting 600 Clicks on every ads of my adsense.

    He is probably my competitor or something cuz he also has a blog which is though not very similar to mine. I find no reason of him getting angry.

    This is the second time I am getting such threat.


    How to deal with this kind of threat?

    I did that once. I said to google that My earnings suddenly went up from 9$s to 100$. I didn't do anything and there was no update to my site and also hits were very low. I asked them to make my account zero. That was way back when i started.

    I wonder what I would say now. I have not approved that comment in my WordPress installation.

    I will try and send a screen shot which also has the ip address of that guy.

    Is there a way i can block that guy to access my site?

    Do u think this is ethical? I mean why compete this dirty way? Why not play clean.

    How does she monetize her site? If it is adsense or an affiliate program, you could always threatenen her in the same way she threatened you. Google discounts clicks multiple clicks from the same IP, so unless she uses a proxy, you are OK. Or find her address on WHOIS and threaten her that you are going to pay her a visit with a baseball bat.

    Send every thing linking to that person that you know about and google will take care of this . In the mean time install some click protection script so that you are on the safe side :)

    Why would you ask adsense to make your account zero if you earned your increase in earnings in an honest and fair way? And report the guy to adsense - best thing to do.

    If you know the IP of that person, you can choose not to show Adsense Ads or change the PUP Id to a fake one. That will not stop him/her so you will have to live with it.

    if that person made a comment on your blog, then his IP bust have been logged. inform google with the IP and give google the link where he made comment
