i run 5 big sites ... running adsense on all of them ...

Now i have got a new idea to increase my revenue 100 times ... i have decided to put articles with high Paying keywords . high Payingkeywords are mostly insurance , medical keywords ... and they can pay up to $50 .. ( now if only 20 persons click the $50 ads , my day is made , lol )

Will this work? i need Adsense Pro advices . Does anyone here do this ( targetting high Paying keywords) ?

It may work initially, but Google will soon "smart price" your ads, if the ads dont bring any benefit to the advertisers...your 50$ ads may become 5 cent ads :D.

I suggest you stick to content that is related to your sites and which genuinely interests your users.

I think there is no $50/click ad :)
Those high paying keywords like meso, mortgage, yahoo, vioxx pays high, but they won't exceed 10$/click I believe.

If your site is on subjects completely unrelated to these high-paying keywords I very much doubt they'll be all that high paying for you.

Keword lists were all the rage when Adsense came out but with smart pricing and satuation of publishers and click fraud those lists aren't as effective.

Yes, with smart pricing, the reputation of the website counts. If you just started up on mesothelioma surgery, trust me, the clicks won't even exceed $1.

most of my clicks are 0.00001 cents. ocassionally get 1 or 2 dollars the most. It would surprise me if google allows $50 per click.

it works.. but gteting traffic to those pages is tough... and if you somehow trick people into going to that page, getting them to click on the ads is ever harder..
