THis is not scamming. Did the seller guarantee that he wont close the site unless you/his custoers wont allow?

Simply, contact them and ask him to edit the script so that it doesnt checks the seller's website anytime.

If you cannot do anything of above, ask the seller for refund politely and if he dont gives, then.....

Sit down and have a glass of bear and be happy that amount you lost was small compared to other users...at least on DP

Nothing you can do. A scammer always win, always. And even more if Paypal is involved...
Remember this: to scam is to win, always...To be scammed is to lose, always...

You should know this as you are a bloody scammer yourself and have experience with many paypal accounts.

I can fix your script so that you can use it. PM me if interested.

Other than that... Forget about PayPal. Many ppl suffer from their behaviour.

Isn't it illegal for PayPal to limit / lock your acc because you chargeback ?

You are in your right to chargeback, so who are they to "punish" you for that ?

You can do a charge back provided your paypal account had no fund in it and you always use your credit card to purchase anything online through paypal.

Otherwise, that's not possible at all to do a charge back on your credit card if you had available fund in your paypal account.

Just be careful of what you are purchasing online and always look for seller reputation and review from other peoples.
