I don't think MoneyBookers support chargebacks, they can remove funds from your account if they smell it fraudulent but they won't allow you to chargeback if you have sent someone money. In this regard, a guiding rule (article 9.2., terms&cond) by moneybookers is the following one:

9.3. Customer should note that all payments made are final and not reversible once the recipient has received the payment sent by Moneybookers in accordance with Customer's instructions. Moneybookers cannot arrange for funds to be given back to Customer where Customer believes the payment was made in error.

However you can try to Contact Customer Support through Fone or eMail.

I suggest you contact MB support via Phone. Their email support is too slow. Hopefully, they will solve your problem.

no amigo, your money is down the drain. Moneybookers wont take an action unless if its cc you paid from and u iniate a chargeback from your bank. thats the only way

Moneybooker does not support chargeback, but they will attend you via a phone call. Make a phone call and tell them the whole story, if you are having a problem in making a phone call then you can write an email to them. But it will be a slow process.

There is no such thing as a company not supporting a charge back. The charge back is initiated through the CC company and goes straight from the business' merchant bank account.
