I got scammed. Question about PayPal disputes

I recently got scammed of $30 by someone claiming that he would make a design for me. He talked to me for about 10 hours and showed me some initial designs, then never logged onto his MSN again and ignored my 10 or so PM's on Digitalpoint although he had been logging on almost every day. I want to open a dispute, but I don't know how to go about it. What should I do?

I think you should proceed for the chargeback.

selling and purchasing virtual goods are always a big mess in paypal. You are a buyer and if you do chargeback, I am sure you are gonna win and get your money back. Just issue a chargeback
