I know what your saying and am not trying to vouch for them at all am just saying we can't get the whole world to stop using them so if you can beat them you know what they say lol...................... Really I would rather use them than losing a lot of business the majority of my customers use paypal u see. But I know exactly where your coming from ~Rick~
well people should move over and start using google checkout.. it's only a matter of time before people shift to a new area..
I just personally think paypal need to start making a few changes and listening to customers they say its "fraud protection" etc but they need to realize that other payment processors like Google Checkout don't treat merchants like paypal do and they have very little fraud rates. Someone should start up like something where paypal staff can go on a forum and answer all customers questions and work with customers to make the service better. ~Rick~
This isnt a similiar argument really, most "virtual items" are not allowed to be sold or traded under the terms & conditions anyway. Most businesses dont want to see you earning an uncontrolled commission with their virtual property. Unfortunately fraud is so much easier to commit over the internet and many people get away with it.
Since its a Virtual item, paypal will surely reverse the payment....They'll agree with you only when you have a tracking code or something....
which is why people should send software on disc.. then they can track it to the owners home and have PROOF that it was accepted..
Its a case of unauthorised transiction where the payment has been done via others account in illegal way , paypal thus put it on hold , on report of orginal account holder. Ask your money back from him.
I just got out of a paypal hold. They had a hold for 3 months. And they took $30 i was bout to sue them.
