Try finding them on the Internet Business Bureau, and make a complain there. If they aren't listed, it's too bad. Did you paid directly from your paypal account, or did you used your cc? If you used the CC, visa can handle that problem and you'll get your money back after few weeks. Also, try sending a complain using paypal's resolution center. The accounts are easily investigated and they make sure that you remain their customer. A refund can be issued in the first 60 days after the payment, otherwise, you just lost some bucks, try to talk directly to that company or get over it. By the way, did you heard about escrowing your projects? Vladimir
don't they have the website? Give us the website. I am sure you did not send that much money to a "company" with no website!?
I have found out, and they have closed their verified Paypal account. They had even removed their cc before closing, so no point. Unfortunately I have been foolish and did not ask for their website. Can I do anything with the US Chamber of Commerce, or things like that, as my frind told me about it.
Answer us these questions: 1. Name of the person you were scammed by. 2. Possible internet aliases used by this person. 3. Name of business they run. 4. Address, if they provided it. Knowing this will help us protect others against the same scam.
hey can u give me the information about them ..i wil track them for u ..sure ..PM me .i will help you out
I did contact Paypal, they said that the guys have closed their accounts with them, so there is nothing they can do. In future I think I will tell everyone to sign a written contract with me.
Damn, so did you do the chargeback or not? Advice for future, dont do big business online unless you know what you're doing. Man wihth 3200, I would probably go with some kind of escrow service.
Google search turns up nothing, hm. and paypal doesn't really care as long as they get their money. they won't go to any great lengths to get your money back. sorry man
