I got scammed..for $70..what can I do now?

    Always pay trusted people. Look for recoomendations and PM those people. Not good!

    it is not easy to say u did not authrize the payment ,paypal check it technical(ip adress)so if they found that u made it u will lose ur money.just tell them what happened and you will get your money back

    Really? People always bullshit with the dispute comments i even had a guy saying he wants me to fucking die and rot in hell and they refunded him.

    I dont think the FBI will help for a $70.00 scam -.- Best way is to open a papal dispute and describe and show them evidence of the sale and so on.

    Since they don't have the right to charge the person's credit card or bank account without their consent (or there is none registered), they can only give you money from the current paypal balance, which is apparently in this case, zero :(

    When I doubt someone I am sending money to and the amount is over $200, I usually send the payment while logged in to PayPal with a proxy within or near my country. This way I can always reverse the money through the automatic unauthorized transaction procedure rather than going through the dispute->claim procedure during which the receiver already cleared the funds to his bank and is drinking orange juice on the beach with hookers rented from my cash.
