    That sucks.
But there is a huge resource you are missing out on here....

There are some skilled webmasters and business people on DP, and giving out the full info,

    Domain name
    Buyer name
    Buyer username
    buyers websites

Would very likely get you your site and money back.....if indeed this situation went down like you say it did?

    I don't think it's true...at least in my case...

Like an idiot, I had sent the "scammer" the money first...and he never returned the ecurrency I wanted.

So it was a case of money transaction...and there was, you see nothing...absolutely nothing...like service, or digital products or subscriptions, etc

But still papal returned my 100% money back!

You see, in the dispute center both parties got to communicate...and if one party doesn't respond...indicating that he has no defence...then in that case, most probably, paypal would favor the other party who actually provide the evidences to claim his innocence...

What you can do to PROTECT your personal information.

    Go to: http://www.spamlaws.com

This site has all the most recent legislation and laws from
the United States, Europe and other countries, as well as
state laws and selected case history.

Also, How do you check if a site is secured?

    See you at the top!

I'm confused. Surely you still have the money - so put it into your paypal account again? Then you only have one problem: getting the website back.
