I got scammed $27 recently (PayPal) Please Help Me !

I got scammed $27.50 (PayPal) recently, that was my friend's hard earned money, he cant have paypal because paypal does not support his country, he is a coder and a designer, most of the clients make payments via paypal, so i save his money until i get an exchanger, he posted an thread at dp saying he wants an exchanger, someone added him to his yahoo messenger, and wanted an exchange, he was saying that hes ID at DP is eg.domains, but i dont know if he is lien or not.

Can any body please help me get back my friend's $27?

has paypal got an email address so i can contact them?

 

Call paypal at 1-888-221-1161

Emails will not work as affective as calling them in person.

 

There's nothing you can do about it except to ask for help from paypal.

DP is a free forum. Even it's adsense is shared within members. I can't see any good reason why moderators would spend time investigating problems.

Ur friend should have asked him to PM on DP.So many scammers around.
