What are the DP rules on callng someone out and calling them what they are publically? and yes they are a DP member.

If someone hides behind a proxy, how can one aquire their home address and pay them a visit?

i cant write his name here, but he's ruined alot of people from here.....including myself... he got me pretty good. I'm hoping someone will tell me how to find his registar address behind a tight proxy.... thats when the fun begins

Your are needing answers but you are not asking question. If you need people to help you find this person, you need to give more details. It upsets me a lot to see members ripping off other members it's just like cannibalism. You are not supposed to east your own race.

i just need to know if anyone knows how to find out how to get around a proxy and find the owner of a site. he definitly hides his read identity so he can keep ripping folks off..

I had the same type of problem recently.

This was my first job done ever, and my first job done on DP. The guy promised me $80 to write a program. I talked to him and he told me exactly what had to be done, and I did it. Up to this point, things went _very_ smooth. I then send him the files that he needed for the program. He started asking me weird questions - he wanted to know if I was "fed" from New York. I answered these questions, gave him my ip address (he could have easily have gotten if from looking up information on my domain), and then asked him for the money. This was late last night. He promised the money by 1pm today, his original deadline for the program.

I waited until 6pm to act. I gave him -1 iTrader with a nasty note. He came after that (he had been on earlier that day) saying that "my paypal had the error" and that "since I accused him of this I would not be paid". I highly doubt that he even tried to pay me. Wouldn't he have messaged me if the paypal had an error? Does paypal ever have errors?

I'm not really sure what to do now. Should I report him formally to a moderator, or just let it go?
