you forgot to copy the full and exact original transfer details and thus your intentions or problems you had with paypal above copy of paypal answer is correct and shows no problems at all - so what is your point ?? your post is unclear if your email to paypal was as unclear then you got what you asked for
they have loaded email templates .. when they arent concerened of the matter they just send you this ... No big deal , when last time the indian accounts payments were getting reversed i called up paypal and they assured me to withdraw in bank .. lolz. and after which it was reversed too..
actually i asked what happ i asked them about IEC code but in reply they didnt mention it and they sent me that reply
this is paypal, if you ask them about X they will reply you for everything but X, the best is either to call them or to wait for their blogs, the worst customer service u can face anywhere on this earth. . .
