    Whao 2 months OMG! they must be crazy I am yet to get my PIN for this month they had sent it to me on 31th Jan and I have not yet got it,Hope i will get it soon

    I have used all my three times to get the PIN. i have sent them a mail that not getting PIN. they replied please wait till march end then we will send through alternative way. happy to receive the PIN earlier without any problem.

    Do they send the PIN in DHL now.. or it's still the old fashion way in the normal mail?

    I can understand the fustration, It took me about 3 months to get my pin. I had to request a new pin to be sent because I never got my pin.

    i also requested after a whole one year, but after request , i got the old sent pin which i entered & it worked successfully.
