Ask Google to remove your whole links in your website and than force google to reindex your website through webmaster central.

    1. just follow their instructions.
    2. if you don't know what to change, check all your backlinks. make sure they Google Penguin safe coming from "good neighbors".
    3. I think you can use Google Webmaster to remove your links and then submit them again.

You have to remove and replave duplicate contents and follow Google instruction that provided in the email, like doorway pages, etc. There are some resources on how to do this online.

This is happening to lot of webmasters. All you can do is strictly follows Google instructions and do exactly what they say.

looks like you have duplicate content on your site. remove all duplicate content and replace them with unique content. also, if you have affiliate pages with just links and no content or not much content, you need to take care of that as well by adding some unique text content on those pages.

As mentioned by Pindot and Smartyy, you got to remove the pages from Google and Re-index using Webmaster.
    1. Search Term in Google (how to remove 404 pages from google index) you can find Google Support Link at first and from there you can find a link to a site by Google, where you can find a "Removal Request of pages"
    2. As I checked it on your site, which has some poor links and also you have to change your content with quality one's

Domain Name Change : You can, but add new page content to your new domain not old page contents. If you need the old content then you got to redirect the URL using webmaster (to avoid 404 errors) and again same you need to follow the Guidelines mentioned by Google.

Well, it is too simple. Just write unique articles for your website. One article must be at least 60% unique to be considered by Google. They are alerting you because this kind of technique is being used by "black haters" whom one or two unique articles and than just spun this articles to many websites or blogs to create some back link's.

It would be better if you change the domain and make 301 redirect for all pages to new. By changing the domain and 301 redirect all the problem will solve and now you can do clean SEO by following goolge webmaster guideline. And remember after made all the changes, tell google to Reconsider your site and google will be happy to index you again. :)

Try to send a letter to google to reconsider your site. Sometimes it helps. If not, 301 redirect on new domain.
