Hello Everybody! I'm new here & also it's my first post. So the problem is the date was 25 OCT when i got the mail ( we were unable to verify some of the information you provided. In order to continue using AdSense) Please provide Date of birth. for your knowledge My AdSense account is approved for monetising videos on Youtube but i couldn't fix the date of birth issue i don't know that it's hard or small issue well i couldn't so kindly suggest me what i should to do. Additionally I got 15 days from Google to fix it & (9 Days left) Thank you for reading! Hadis
Yes, I would expect that they are requesting you provide documented proof of your identity. Any government issued ID should be suitable.
Did you get any link to enter details ? If so, is there any error or message gets display while entering the birth date ?
I'm so sorry!!!.. I forgot to mention one thing (please provide us with the following information with "Payee Name") Google sent this, They required date of birth of (Payee Name) which i've mentioned there. Document Proof? If Google wants to get proof that's okay i'll provide them but they didn't give any link where i can upload? well Thanks for your comment. No! They didn't give me any link for insert further details and when I was filling the from of Ad sense so that time also they didn't required any Date of Birth field so I thought they were know about my age because I've already inserted in my +Google Account. Everything is good with my AdSense except this mail. Hope you'll find the way of this problem.
@Hadis Khan Dont know whats problem, but all google services are running very slow today at my side, i can't even check my adsense account. Will let you know once i've access.
Read the guidelines and rules. May be you get the solution. Put it up on Support! May be they will provide you with some understanding.
