I Got Kicked Out Of The Library

I got banned from the Grand Rapids Public Library.

I was being harrassed by some people, right in front of two library employees. I asked them why don't you do something about it. They basically said it's not my job.

So I basically said you're a waist of tax payers dollars. I didn't even swear or raise my voice.

And I got banned. You would think they would kick out the trouble makers.

 

does the library have a complain book or something? i think you should report to there superior or something if you havent done anything they can kick you out.... i really dont understand those people

Who need a library when there is the net? You can find everything on here. I havent been to a library for years do to that.

I got banned once when i was around 12 years old. 1996 i think... I was using the internet at the library and they made me get off for someone else (you had to pay 10 cents a minute) and they wasted my time and those people screwed up the computer and i got blamed for it.

Library's suck.

I didn't know they could ban you from a public library unless it was a pretty serious infraction - not for just some petty nonsense like talking too loud or something.

So, you mean to tell me you are banned for life from ever stepping foot into the library building? What do they do, take your mugshot and post it on the wall post office style?
