The whole story is real fucked up. It starts when i decided to trade 85$ egold for pp with a dude form TG forums. I send him the money, he sent too. But paypal thinks that he has paid for a banner or something like that. And started claiming that i have not shipped his item....whattttt? Paypal blocked 85$ from my balance. i had spent 20 that makes minus 65$ because i hadnt had any money before that. Im not the only one that have issues with this guy. There are other two members of their forum who got scammed with more money something like 200$. Now he is not responding anywhere. I put my side of the things but probably he wont respond anymore the claims because i am not the only one fucked up. In the resolution center in the case it says: Status Awaiting other party's response and it is that way for some time now about five days. My question is how much does he have to respond and is there any limit after all? If there is what happens when it is over the time for him to respond?
Actually if you claim that you do money exchanges, you stand a higher risks because money exchanges without a license through Paypal is against Paypal's Acceptable Usage Policy. He has 60 days to place a dispute and if you do not provide him with what you requested, Paypal takes over the decision process. If you do not get your money back, take it as a lesson never to do something which is prohibited by Paypal.
60 days damn cant wait his ass that long i said it wrong its not a claim its a dispute does this change things?
