write a case to your hosting company, their support should handle such cases. good luck!

It's standart deface.. Write your hoster and view LOGs.
Install any security plug-ins (if it's blog), check your robots.txt file, make right CHMODs for files and directories.

If you got hacked, you will need to contact the webhosting company. They are the best ones to know what to do. If it is a blog, I hope you have saved your articles. Because it seems to be a website, you still have a copy of your website. After contacting the webhosting company, you will just have to reupload your entire site to the server.

talk to your hosting company, some time hacker puts a code before body close in site just remove that code, there may be some more extra files like index.aspx. .asp, .php, same as default.htm, .html

    remove all those

Definatly as listed many times above contact your hosting company asap to deal with the issue, also use alpha numberic pass with symbols thats at least 8 charactors long making it hard to hack again

Happened to me a few times. (I run 60 plus sites) so we created the site in my signature. We will help you isolate the problem, and make it so you will be notified via email if there is a hack. Being hacked is the worst.

If Gamefray.com is your website id look at PunBB as a potential attack point. Their are so many security exploits for that BB, many perl and php scripts any skiddy could run. What version are you running?
