I got disapproved and then partially approved after 1 hour!?

    I received an email from AdSense at 5:25PM that my account was disapproved because of an incorrect address, but at 6:33PM the same day I received another email that says I am partially approved. It says I should log in into my AdSense account, but I can't, it says that the account is disapproved. Also, on the earnings tab in blogger it says I'm disapproved... What should I do? How do I apply again? HELP!?
