If you absolutely have to or want to, get back into adsense but if your site is bigger as you say, then adsense probably isn't nearly one of the best options. I once got accepted to Tribal Fusion as well as pretty much all of the other major networks and I can say that they pay a lot better (for the niche I was in). Tribal Fusion though requires 2k visits a day, if you have that, then by all means, join them.
You might try to apology, say you was too young and it was a long time ago or something like this. While the chances are small, it's still worth it a try. If it doesn't work just ask a friend to apply for AdSense and use his account.
If you are using Adsense as your primary revenue model you can do better. If you can't figure out a better way to monetize your traffic then I suppose it's the perfect program for you. If you want to play the game again - stop listening to all the crap ideas spewed out. 1. Form a Corporation - which is a separate legal entity 2. Register your Domains with a Domain Proxy Service 3. Make a website they would want their Code to Appear On 4. Do NOT put the Ads on an OLD banned domain or any other Domain tied to your original fiasco You could of course play their game and fill out a forum and plead and beg and come clean. But why would they accept you? They are a business. It's not in their best interest. And if there is one thing Google always does - it's follow the path that leads to their own interests. And yes there is an Investment in setting up a real business.
He will never get in is own name. He clicked on his own ads come on. My friend had 300 sites. He clicked on some of them he got banned, i bought some of them and i just told Google that and they said ok no problem.
I really don't like how you can't click your own ads. I'm always seeing ads for stuff that I'm interested in but I can't click them
In order to reapply for a new Adsense account and put banner ads again, you need to use your relative or friend's name as well as address to do so.
