Okay I got banned from Google Adsense. Infact It was not in my name, but my partners name, he lives in the same house as me. Does it mean that my "house" is also banned. And I cant create my own adsense?
No. You can create adsense account in your name. However before showing your ads make sure your old site is not banned form google.
You can use my address if you can't find one. (just kidding) Why not use another name and address and be GOOD.
If it was your partner that got banned why start a thread called 'I got banned, now what?' and why say the following: Seems weird to me, but you're only kidding yourself.
It was my partner.. It means that we both run the site. So Does it mean that I can create a new site and use adsense on it with my name and my adress? does it mean that my adress is not banned, but only my site
Absolutely nothing. We just got banned, I think our "rivals" clicked alot on our ads just to get us down.
Dear God this sounds sooooo familiar. My suggestion, move on, find another program or PPC affiliate and don't cheat again.
Did you get an email from Google? If you did, it told you why you got banned... Either way, I think you know full why why you got banned.
I got a email saying invalid clicks and stuff. However can someone please answer my question? Can I use my name to get a new account on a new site?
If you apply for another account using the same address that was used in the account that you got banned then it wont get approved.
Look, if you run a site 'together' with your partner and your partner gets kicked out of AdSense for a TOS violation then as far as Google is concerned you're just as guilty. Hate to put it so bluntly. You'll not get back in with the same address - simple as. You'll have to bend the truth to get back onboard, but if you do that sooner or later you'll get found out.
1) Get a different home address. Do not use anything that looks like your old home address! 2) Get A Different Website 3) Use existing traffic from your site to advertise your new site. 4) Don't tell anyone the "new website" is yours, call it a "featured advertiser" 5) If you partner with someone, make sure you know who is "in-charge" and who "follows the rules." Business is never about equality. Bye.
You're missing the point here - one of you has cheated the system already. They aren't going to BELIEVE it is a different person who is reapplying.
