If you believe in re-incarnation, make sure to come back as someone else after death and re-sign up. Make sure you don't tell them about you getting banned in your previous life, or they might take your account away. Seriously though, there are many posts like this and it just proves how much people that are getting banned don't read the Terms of Service. Why do I say this? Because the answer to your question is already answered in the Terms of Service. 99.9% of the times people say they didn't do anything, they probably did. And when I say they probably did but they claim they didn't, that really translates to: YOU SHOULD'VE READ THE TOS. The only thing you can try to do now is to write a really good letter to AdSense using logs/etc. and try to get back in. If the reason you were banned was a clear violation, just move on.
You have a very little chance of getting back on. There's been a few cases where people got back on by contacting Google, but that doesn't happen often.
No one gets banned for no reason. If they just banned people for no reason they would have no publishers. You did something either intentionally or by accident. Either way, the only chance you have is to go to Adsense help and use one of the forms to ask for clarification.They will let you know the reason and once you are banned you are banned for life. It is rare they will reverse their decision. Try another ad service and read the TOS carefully and make sure you follow it carefully to avoid being banend by the new company. DO NOT start another account because you are wasting your time. You will get caught before payout and just have wasted your time.

Google is not a human and yes, sometimes it can make mistake.But generally all we have a bad habit, spam, etc for banning.So if you are banned, first learn why by mailing, and than make a better content.Then wait, wait, wait.

Itoo got banned and tried various ways to be there again, but afcaurse I didn't make it. Now I am not using AdSense anymore, but I feel released not to worry if the traffic sometimes is poor quality, or something like that. I am going to create my mini cpc/cpm program to fulfill my needs

If you had no reason to be using adsense, why were you in the first place? Perhaps for you. I believe whenever Google "sucks" for someone, it shifts to being good for someone else.
Try to read the ToS and see exactly you did to break up the rules from AdSense. I`m sure the reason its in there.
