    I HIGHLY doubt it too. I believe that they do what their rules and regulations state. :)

    Let's just wait for their reply. Who knows, they might accept me. ;)

    I think that if you comply with the TOS this time, they will not ban you...
    If you cross the line even once again, you'll be banned for sure...

    The problem is that he is clearly violating TOS again when he creates a 2nd account - The only point is not that he is saying "I'm Back" but that he is saying: "I did something wrong again -- I'm creating multiple accounts here..."

    I've seen a couple users on DP who have reapplied and did not get banned. Maybe you shouldn't have notified them that you were banned before. :p

    That's my opinion, google sometimes gives a second chance, it's rare i know...:p
