I got banned from google a few years ago, would this get me back in?

    You may want to be careful. If it's not a reinstatement, they may ban you latter. At least they have a clause.

    You should also change the name,address,email,ect. if you are serious.
    Or you can try to email them about the case and they may allow you to have a new account again.
