It could also be the content of your site is considered inappropriate by digg. They did not usually give clear reason I heard.
Just checked and found mine was banned too. I rarely use DIGG but some of my friends asked me to digg their story...Not a big deal....
If you had to reset all your stuff, domain etc, to get back on digg, why not jsut not use digg and use your already known domain. Or you could of made the new domain forward to the original.
this is not something very rare.. these sites keep on banning people based on there activity.. if you are spamming the system then they will ban you.. i was banned one yr back and same day i created a new account and it's working till date becoz i am now following policies more regularly.....
My acc was banned too. Pathetic they are. And all of my posts had only 1 diggs. I never asked anything in public. Nor I was involved in digg exchange clubs !
