Rules i got a warning, thread deleted - where is appropriate place

I had a thread deleted.

I am reposting it, because it may have been an error.

I was told it was posted in "wrong section" - it was posted in services. It is for press release service. Other press release services are in services area. What did I do wrong? where should I be posting? or is it as i suspect an error?

 

actually I really would prefer to ressurrect an old thread with a service that was similar but different features now...is this a problem? can you guys MOVE a thread rather than delete it?

I bumped an old thread - is it ok?

also any way to change the title since the service no longer guarantees GNews inclusion?
