    The website is http://www.totaltech.co.cc/phpbb/

I know its just another PHPBB site, but maybe it has potential? Who knows. Either-way I'm going to stick with it, and never let it die! By that I mean I'm not going to hold onto a horrible idea, just improve upon it until its good.

I personally think that you need to categorize your forums better as I've previously owned a couple successful forums it's always better to start off with fewer general topics then too many specific forums. Seeing as you have 99 specific forums and even a couple sub forums and having 4 members no matter how many times they post it'll always look like your forum is dead. Start small my friend.

    Robin is spot on.

I'd start of with Programming / General / Marketing and Admin talk forums, and then take it from there. Your community will always be small to start with - your goal should be to provide what they need, not what you think they need :)

    Too many categories for one...
Default theme is "pain to the eyes".
I think its better that you complete your forum (design and look wise) and then ask for reviews on the finished site...
    Just my suggestion :)

    1. Change the Default prosilver style. There are way better themes out there.
    2. Reduce the number of forums or concert them into a sub forum.
    3. Change your username. 'Admin' sounds ummmmmm corny.
    4. Although this does not concern the forum, change the domain extension. Everyone knows that a co.cc is a free extension. Even a .info will do better.
    5. I don't know if you've already done this because I'm not in a mood to register in your site, but make sure you install cool mods. Like Cash mod will always be a crowd puller and it encourages your members to make more posts. Of course the Shop mod is needed too.

    That's about it.

    Hello,

    I would suggest moving you're forum directory's.

Also you're site is quite slow. takes a while to open.

And putting some of them boards into sub's.

And making a nice landing page!
