I GOT A NEW SERVER WHO WANTS IN?!? 10$ Per Year

Did you hear back from jkook for the official reason the entire server was taken off-line?This is bad for their business also.

 

What do you guys prefer?

Do you want us to split our 2TB server up into 6 VPS

and dedicate each one for

-Express Shared
-Unmetered Shared
-Unmetered Reseller
-Proxy
-Adult
-Warez

If you think that is what you want please post down here

If you think we should remove or add some new categories like (example Proxy) please let me know also

just make the sites work again, and please try your best to get our files, account and settings back like they were before cause it would be a huge blow if they are lost, contact who ever is responsible and tell them not to delete until you move them to the new server.

Please you understand us, we spent our time and money in to this, i have given the thread a rating, and now you give us something......:-(

 

UPDATE

I have a final confirmation from Kevin at HiVelocity.net

He said that the servers will be up by tonight or tomorrow

However we will need another day configuring our new plans and installing everything again like WHMCS

So you can expect everything 100% at tomorrow evening or day after tomorrow Morning (as once servers are up we will be working crazy to have everything perfect)

If you need emergency hosting I do have another unmetered master reseller account I use privately, I can give you accounts on that if it is absolutely needed.

 

So is the Unlimited Shared/Reseller still available ?

 

That decision is pending cause we don't want to ruin our perfect servers.

We may just buy a master reseller account for that, or maybe buy another server dedicated to that. But that is still not decided.

 

i noticed the updates in this thread because it comes up in my user control panel.

i just wanted to clarify that, although i said before that i'd report CharlesFolly to jkookserv, i didn't. first reason is because in the end i didn't get conned so i couldn't be bothered. second reason is i pitied you guys who are ignorant enough to still trust this guy. i knew if i reported this guy the whole sites hosted on "his server" would be taken down, and you guys would suffer more losses than him.

for those who missed out, i confronted this guy because i found out he was lying about a lot of things.
1. claim: not a reseller
fact: server is jkookserv's (i'm not sure if jkookserv itself is a reseller)
2. claim: hosting adult and warez sites are allowed
fact: it's against jkookserv's TOC, which i suspect is the reason why he got his account suspended now.
3. claim: he had multiple servers
fact: he had 2 ip addresses that pointed to the same server, and most probably just a VPS.


P.S.: i'm not in hosting business and i can't give advise on your hosting solutions, so please don't pm me about it. thanks.

Did you read the whole thread? I stated we were using Jookserv numerous times. And secondly we are getting on a new server for everyone. The original planned date to move to our server was in ten days, from serverbeach. But due to the unexpected problem with Jook, I responded ASAP by purchasing a server at hivelocity to transfer all of the down customers. The reason we were continuing to stay on jook was because we were on the new server (server 8) with them.

I do not know what your problem is? And by what you are saying you skimmed this thread and did not read it fully.

Bottom Line,

~ Connection with Jook is 100% over
~ We are now on our new dedicated server
~ We did not scam anyone and we delivered all services promised
~ I replied to you saying to report this to Jook if you wanted to. This is completely up to you, and I wouldn't give a damn if you did

you mentioned about jkookserv a few times? that was not until i found out and posted about it here. and even after that you still claimed that you were not a reseller, while it's so obvious that you are. btw, i know you can spell jkookserv. why so afraid to spell it correctly?

now you are saying you were already planning to move everyone to another server? here is what you said before:

i don't think the problem with jkookserv is unexpected, as you know it yourself you were breaching their terms & conds. i think the only unexpected aspect here is that you get caught so early, when you haven't sucked enough money out of your victims.

you don't give a damn if i report to jkookserv? lol!! then why did you have to pretend you were boldpal's affiliate after i found out about jkookserv while in the start you clearly stated that you "got a new server"? have you tried telling jkookserv that this CharlesFolly that broke the t&c is just one of your clients? are they that stupid to trust you?


bottom line
* you were a reseller, and you claimed you weren't
* you allowed people to host websites that are against the terms & conds
* you have broken the 99.99% uptime promise
* you admitted that the 99.99% uptime guarantee was a scam
* you claimed that you have another server that you could use when the main server was down. but now that it happens you cannot prove it.

with so many lies how can you expect people to still trust you?

Yes we did back up our servers so we have all of our clients on record. You will not have to pay anything again. Also all of our clients will get an extra month free for this tempoary 2 day downtime while we switch servers.

Also we have ordered Raid with our servers. So that means there is always a mirror server running on the second hardrive. If the first servers fail then it will automatically switch to the second server for 0% downtime.

wait a minute, i bought unlimeted shared plan for 20$ 1 year, where you said that, if i am not mistaken, i can have warez, nulled scripts and so on. Can you please explain to me in which plan i will be assigned now?

 

I hope that means you have all of our files/data too, just to clarify, the ones of us that plan to use warez linking do we have to tell you or do anything else beforehand?

No... You are on our new server so everything should be re-made. Please stay tuned into this thread to get the latest update. I will also be sending out an email to every client with some kind of compensation for the downtime/server change. But I think this is sacrifice that is worthy to make. As now you will be on our private servers where we set the rules. Also the server specs are excellent!

New rules will apply once your on our server. These rules have yet to be determined. But in that case we may just move you to a "everything allowed plan" as mentioned above. However the decision is pending.

Not a problem I will email everyone once everything is up and smooth. I know 100% we made auto backups on Boldpal, but not too sure about our sub accounts. I got an email from Jkook saying that their servers are down and they did not mean to suspend accounts. Anyways I am done with Jkook.
