    Well the thing is once the promo is over boldpal will set it back to $4.99 monthly. Which is much more expensive than just paying $10 yearly. We have a lot of satisfied clients on the thread, and I am also a reputable helpful member on the forums. But if you insist on a monthly plan please pm me and i will be happy to set that up for you through boldpal.

    Whoa, you really are serious aren't you, haha. This is going to hurt my fingers but lets start.

    1. Well firstly if we encounter any downtime. We will automatically move you to the next server available and that is done within an hour. So having that said even if we do have one downtime by transferring you to a new server we will never go under 95%. But at the moment we guarantee 99% uptime (all hosting companies do that, even the crappy ones state that. so you should not take that statement that seriously. ) It is a common slogan all companies use. Usually there is no compensation, but if we go under 90% downtime (never will happen) we will either extend your hosting account for free, or give you partial refund. Boldpal reserves the right to decide on that.

    2. This is private affiliate coupons that I am not allowed to post public ally (if I do boldpal will expire my coupons) But so many people asked me for coupons I am pretty much maxed out.

    3. ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com it is your custom nameservers for resellers. So you can hide from your clients, hehe.

    4. We do not offer private nameservers as of yet. But it will be something you can add-on to your account in the near future. But our Ips are not that well known yet so it is quite okay to use our IP.

    5. Reseller accounts are not eligible for a refund on the special promo plan. As you really have to pay $500 yearly but we only charge $60 yearly. So with a huge discount like that it is unfair for us to give you any refund. However if servers fail (won't happen) then of course we will have to make some kind of compensation.

    7. Senior resellers are technically unlimited as we will keep adding new servers for them. But if you are thinking of going over a TB we highly recommend you get dedicated servers. As we want to maintain our server speed reputation.

    Thank you Charles, this has been really helpful, although i have one concern. I will be offering my clients an unlimited plan and i doubt that they will reach anywhere near 1TB, but as you have advertised, the plan is "unlimited" and that being said i would like to have the security in the sense that i know if my customers together use over 1TB i will not be limited or anything like that. As you said, i should get a dedicated server, this is expensive but..When i do get enough clients i will move over but in the mean time i need you to accommodate whatever my clients use which shouldn't be a lot.

    We host 500 domains according to our server records. As at the start we were giving away free hosting at the freebies section.

    But just the signups from all of our other sales thread alone adds up to around 200.

    Charles said they had another server but was going to keep this one at jkook for awhile is what I gather. Hopefully they are quickly moving the sites to their other servers. I wonder if the TOS allowing warez, porn, etc is what's causing the cancellation from jkook?

    Yea I am pretty fed up with Jook too. I will be transferring to our own dedicated server. I have asked them why it was suspended and I did not get a reply back yet. I am guessing it is because someone violated some terms.

    I am very sorry for the down at the moment.

    Actions taking place


    Everyone will be moved to our new servers
    Everyone will get an extra month free
    Connections with Jook will be 100% over, I had too many problems with them despite their good server.

    AGAIN WE ARE NOT GOING AWAY OR RUNNING AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY! WE WILL BE MOVING EVERYONE TO OUR OWN SERVER

    Always keep a backup shared host. I simply updated my NS settings at GoDaddy and my sites are back up online. I recommend Hummingbirdhosting.com I've had them for years hosting most of my larger sites.

    I just got off the phone with Kevin at www.hivelocity.net

    I ordered the

    Dual-Six Core Dunnington L7455
    2 TB hard drive
    16 GB Memory
    Raid 1 (never any downtime)
    1.5 bandwidth
    Cpanel & WHM

    I will also order another server for VPS accounts soon

    I cleared out all their terms. Basically they do not check for content on their servers, it is fully managed by Boldpal. We will allow everything once more.

    Expecting to have everything back up and running on this cool server tommorow

    As for Jookserv. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOOKSERV! See how they screw you up like this? Suspending without any warnings? I wanna punch that fucking guy at Jookserv for how much crap he is putting all of us through at the moment.

    If you can't match the 99% you offer, then don't offer it. Real hosting companies CAN and do match that. If you do offer it, back it up, otherwise it's false advertising.

    Just as an FYI - 0.1% downtime (99.9% Uptime) = 40 Minutes of downtime per month

    1% Downtime (99% Uptime) = 432 minutes of downtime per month.

    Depends on if Jook gives us access again, or if we made backups yesterday. I can't get in contact with our tech guy so that remains unclear.
