Hi Charles, I have emailed support a few times last week and i have not got a reply since. Anyway here is the issue, I was told that my senior reseller hosting plan was going to get transferred from the current jkook server and at the moment i am still on there. I was also told by alex, after the transfer i would get a free dedicated IP for my name servers. Now in WHM control panel i see under server status: Server Load 2.22 (4 cpus) [ ! ] (It is displaying the critical logo). (Server- 65.60.35.194 (serv8.jkookserv.com)) Please do give me a full explanation of what is going on as i would like to be transferred once and not to be bothered again for life in order to have around 100% uptime However i must say though, the uptime on the current server is fantastic not a single second of downtime..Although i would like the transfer to happen ASAP in order to not disrupt the uptime. Can't believe all this stuff about Charles in here, ok yes there was down time but he did get it fixed and now everything is ok. You can't argue with lifetime free hosting as compensation! I think the people referring to him as a scammer should leave it be now, isn't any point when clearly the majority are cool with it now.
I hope your weren't referring to me, i am very happy with the hosting at the moment, 100% uptime! Just want them to changeover the server ASAP so i can get my dedicated IP/s and not disrupt the uptime. Regards, Sachin
@Phper, I believe you're one of the competitors who acts like crazy.Your comments make no sense here as we all see Charles's always here to answer questions and give refund or even a bonus to all the clients,can you expect a scammer do the same?Just think using your brain! I've never worried Charles would run away with my money as I can judge myself according to my scammed experience.My conclution before I sent his money is this guy is trustful. @Charles,do not care about this kind of people as it's just a waste of time.Just leave this guy alone and let facts tell us the truth.
how come @xwhsolutions is still on jkookserv, wasn't Boldpal suspended from there, or did i miss something?
Ordered the 20$ dollar plan, so far, everything runs great got the account+password in like 6 hours or so... I have a good feeling for this hosting, lets hope I'm not wrong Will report how the hosting goes... Charles, please check your PM box, my last PM to you. Thank you
You have to transfer your own site from jkook to hivelocity server after you get your log-in info. You'll need to upload from your backup. That's what I read here, and what I did.
Charles is doing a great job so far now that he has his servers I have. Unmetered senior reseller everything works so far I have had basically no problems at all. I have to give a great thanks to charles for everything he has given me and once he has his whole website straightened out it will be even more proessional than ever everything with my account is fully functional so far. I trust charles folly completely with my hosting. Thank you sooo much charles, John

I have it installed but there is a problem with "account lab plus" it says that the server key is not valid anymore or something like that but yah I need account lab plus to allow users to sign up for webhosting if anyone else is having this problem please let me know its only when you try to access the admin page. my sites are loading slow, even boldpal is loading slow, and i can't open some links, a php script starts to download when i do, what can this be?
mine to, but if i try to visit some .php files like index.php of my forum they are downloading not opening, this must be some php execution error..... and what's really frustrating is that this index.php download is starting on my Admin CP on my forum so i can't moderate it....ahhhh and it also won't run quick edit on my forum, also shoutbox, it looks to me like some functionality's of the server are down or something, we'll just have to be patient and wait
hi everyone, Thank you for all of your wonderful feedbacks. As for server slowing down my techys are doing a final cleanup and organization so it should be up to speed very soon. Specific problems with like PHP and Account plus can be quickly answered and resolved here http://www.boldpal.com/order/ My techs are constantly on duty for support tickets so filing them would be a great solution. This thread is not monitored by my techs so posting here would be slow to resolve. The server will be slow for today and tomorrow while do a little cleanup and install new things. Just a message, we will be rebooting at night so there will be some downtime for a few minutes. If there are any problems with that please let me know so I can cancel the reboot. Thanks! UPDATE Server rebooted two times, and cleared cache. We also did an antivirus install and cleaned up. The server is fresh and juicy. BOLDPAL.COM IS LOADING LIKE LIGHTNING! Basically what happened was that proxy hosting kinda messed something. So my techy put all the proxy sites ina different section of the server so this does not happen again. Sorry folks new servers need a few configurations here there to reach perfection and to meet the needs of all clients! Downtime was only 1 minute on my end during server reboot which finalized/made all our changes possible.
