I got a message like this from mybb

I'm the admin of this forum......I got a error message like below.....
"Our systems detect that you may be a spammer and therefore you have been denied registration. If you feel this is a mistake, please contact the Administrator."
this message shows in register time for guest......so, How I slove this problem or what can i do for this message.....guset is not a spammer but it will show......please help me......site link is below......

This is probably a result of your 'StopForumSpam' settings, either your IP, Email or Country is getting picked up and being refused. Login to your admin area > configuration > settings > stopforumspam. Try changing your forum spam weighting to something a little lower.

 

The JMDomains is the solution, or you can try also to get on your Database and Remove your Ip/Username from the Banned users...

I use to also also receive messages like this. What I did is deactivate the plugin and then replace it with captcha plugin, I believe this works but not to spammers who do it manually. This however will make them participate good.

you can also try the random question just when they register.

Alternatively, you can 'Create a user' from your admin area.

Admin > Users & Groups > Create New User > Enter Info > Done.

 

Have you tried deactivating your forum spam plugin?

 

Thank You........I Could Correct It......I Will Tell How I Did.......It's a Theme Problem.......I Got Code From Member .php of Default theme And paste It In To My Original Theme......Then I Could Correct That Errorrr.....Thank 4 Your Support....
