    If the content was delivered "liate as agred", then it would appear that he has indeed met the terms of the contract. What's the problem?

    I told him I would have his articles done in 24 hours. During that time, I was mistakenly banned, and could not get the articles to him. When I cleared everything up with the moderators, I delivered his content 1 hour and 22 minutes late. Obviously I could not have foreseen this and now he will not pay for the content.
