I got this too! Well, a bit more than this... I just set up a new domain for my social news site Blogger Den about 2 months ago. I started with PR0 and jumped to PR4 in a matter of 2 months! I did a hell of a lot of link building, so it doesn't surprise me but it was a nice gift to find. Happy New Year to all!

Google handed out PR jumps like candy today! I was really pleased initially as my blog went from PR0 > PR2 overnight, and it has only been live 5 weeks. Now that I can see that everyone seems to have been getting the same increases, it kind of dilutes the achievement if you ask me? Anthony
Anthony, what is your site? Could it be possible that you just have a good site. Also, from what I have heard rumored, google does PR ranks quarterly--- even though people say that it is daily. Today would be quarterly wouldn't it? Sam
