    Not fair guys!!!
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1866228&p=14550199#post14550199 Now I see you removed it :(

This was not a "fake auction"- it was a real auction..nobody bid on it in this forum...I sold the name earlier this morning from another forum and was just trying to prevent anybody else from bidding on it here - I even reported it myself and told you to remove it...So how would you close this off and place a bid...There is no way to do it...

Please remove my 3 points..I dont deserve this...thanks=

Ah, so you really were selling a domain for $100,000,000? What was the domain you sold for that much if you don't mind me asking?

You understand what I did. Cmon..guy. The domain was expiring in auction in a few hours/days and wanted to close the auction here since I sold it somewhere else. I reported it to be closed to the admins, but they didnt do it, but didnt want anybody else to put in a bid in the auction slot, so I made the number absurd to prevent it. So I deserve points for this trying to prevent anybody from bidding.

Not a fake auction... not trying to do something wrong.. please remove the points..

You STARTED bidding of the auction at $100M, it wasn't edited after the fact.

the original price was set $750 a few days ago

This morning I changed it and simply pressed 7 numbers to put anything in the auction slot just to fill it up- the software for this forum thread rounded it off to 999,999

I reported the thread/contacted admins and asked for the thread to be shut down

Seriously, and honestly, if there is an area like that..I missed it.. but no maliciousness intended here - I will not do this again- I will look for the "mark as sold" area....

But all I did was try and avoid another buyer coming in and posting Sold in the auction area and have to deal with that problem. I only wanted to shut down that auction the best I really could and put in an absurd number that no one would ever bid on. And as soon as I did it- I reported it for admin to shut it down. Certainly you see that now? My intentions were good. i would appreciate a rollback of the points. Thanks-

No one said you did it maliciously, if you did you would have simply been banned. Instead, you just got a warning. Not sure what the big deal is.

On top of that, why would you list an auction you didn't want to sell? Seems pointless...

i guess its the point of it, I did not mean to do anything wrong, and get accused for a "fake auction" and in my wildest imagination would never do any of these things - Its the point of it....its 3 points...and I have a few adding up :( for the stupidest things

I listed the auction to sell at the DP auction for $750, but received an offer via email this morning and i took it. So I wanted to close down the auction which had no activity on it- and made sure there would be no activity on it- put 7 figures in the auction area which translated to 999999 - and reported it because it looked real funny as you know...

And you mention "what the big deal is...you just got a warning"....

Your warning has baggage with it! It carries 3 points...and like i said...I have a few....and they add up.... and that's the "big deal."

So can you rollback the 3 points and call it a warning and then it wont be big deal???

    Any answer now???

You should have just said ALREADY SOLD or something like that on your post instead of changing it to something as 999999. If your intention was clear then you should have just posted something that was clear instead of putting up ridiculous numbers.
