I got 150-200+ Uniques per day and 800-1000 PV. How to Monitize?

Hello DP'ers, One of my website which is an mp3 downloading site got 150-200+ Uniques per day and 800-1000+ pageviews per day. Since adsense is not allowed in my site, I put adbrite and bidvertiser, but i didn't earn much money, I got only $0.10 per day or sometimes no earnings for whole day. So what is the best way to monitize my site, even just $1+ per day? Thanks and Good Day..

 

Why is Adsense not allowed? I have used amazon affiliate account that is the only thing that has come near adsense.

 

Because it is against their TOS, no mp3 downloading related sites... I need a ppc not a pps ads provider.. Pls. need more idea. Thanks..

Well you could try affiliate links. The best way will be to remodel your site so that the ads appear on prime locations where people will notice and want to click. Try to integrate the ads to match your site so that people do not feel like clicking an ad

 

i have the same question,i too have a mp3 download site and havent been able to monetize is for over 3 months now and am just running it without any ads now.
i will be keeping a close watch on this topic

Your best bet would be with CPM advertising, but you can't do (can't monetize) it if you don't have very, very good traffic to your site. The problem is there are many MP3 search engines using only one of two of the most popular MP3 search scripts available on the Internet and they all look the same.
Why would someone visit your MP3 search engine? The first key thing is to customize your website so it doesn't look like 1000's of other MP3 search engines. The second one is to offer your visitors more than those other MP3 search engines.

After you're done with with the things above, you'll go for monetizing your website.

I also own MP3 search engine, but it's written from scratch and it offers my visitors more than a pure MP3 search results. I'm working almost everyday to include more and more related services to help my website grow.
I did found great free way to bring hundreds of real targeted visitors to my MP3 search engine everyday, but I can't tell you since I'm using it for my search engine. Even this way can't help you if your MP3 search engine is scripted (is the same as most of MP3 search engines).

 

I'd suggest the Ebay Partner Network. I've had good sales through them (better than Amazon) and I'm thinking they could offer your visitors things to go WITH the mp3s you offer. For example, if they like a song by a certain band they might want posters, t-shirts and other memorabilia. They might even want to buy the CD the song comes on. You could also focus on musical instruments and equipment/software because a lot of music fans are also musicians themselves, in my experience. I would imagine if the mp3's are free then the surfers might not be the time looking to buy anything, but still it's worth a shot and from what I see you can really customize the Ebay tools quite heavily so you get the best results for your site.

I can only earn a penny with udmads since it's cpm rate is $0.05 or $0.15. Not good..

It's all about your niche... mp3 downloads = warez!

You can't monetize this niche, it's a poor niche, try another!

Depends on where ur traffic is from and how many clicks u recieve if u want to go for ppc then http://www.bidvertiser.com/ is a good choice
