Not as stupid as someone who is just using this account to quote on me, I have a feeling someone has duplicate accounts?

Why don't you report yet? Google will not punish you for reporting. Then start using google analytics or statcounter to monitor visitors activity.

    @ Bharath
CTC Depends on the Advertisers they are investing money on the ads. Google will distribute the ads according to the quality of the website and relevant sites. Some times, you may get more for each click because of demand on that Keyword. And ofcourse, country matters. If you are getting more traffic from usa, uk ,australia you may get more ctc , because the advertisers from those countries are interested to invest more for each click. If you are getting more visitors from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh you may get less ctc. It all depends on Advertisers and quality of your site content or products.

    @ farph
Some times you may get more clicks and less impressions . It happens for many sites. But if it happens regularly, you need to check from where th clicks are coming from and take care of that . Because it will happens some times but not regularly.

Yes, now this is important for your account health to tell google about suspicious activity. Google will warn you and then you will be banned from their side. So I recommend you tell them immediately.

If they see an extreme spike, you will catch there eye. So its always best to report it and explain what you are doing that made the spike happen.
I have been told that they really don't care unless the pay out is allot and or if the link clicks are coming from the same ip or areas.
    Better safe then sorry though.
