Infolinks, I had to go with as Kontera is way bad for me. I just get only 1 cent or 2 cent per click in Infolinks sometimes 1 cents for 3 click or 2 clicks. Is the amount okie? What about your stats?
It might be because you are sending them non US traffic. They usually pay good for US traffic but very poorly for non US traffic. I am also experiencing the same with them.
Yes it is very important to have US traffic if there is a website containing same stuff. Otherwise you will only be charging in cents.

Up and down is normal with infolinks, I am having the same issue some times they pay good and some time very bad.
I had great success with Infolinks when they first launched, but in a period of 3 months, the CPC dropped by about 90% and I returned to Kontera (which I'm considering removing now, as well). I feel that in-text ads are too intrusive for their low payout.
Its just the same story with everyone else people, I get paid averagely not more than 2 cents per click
