I get low cpc for my sites

I get low cpc for my sites. is it country specific ? How I can maximize cpc/ecpm ratio ? Google seems shows same ads over and over again. Why ?

Can any body give me any solution so that I can get at least 5 cents per click. I got a list from adsenseblacklist and banned some sites which were giving low revenue. But still my site is not generating much revenue. It's about wallpaper. Model and celebrity wallpapers.

Any suggestion would be helpful for me.

 

celeb sites have low cpc , adsblacklist never works, try finding out the mfas manually , use "adsense preview" addon in firefox, find out the mfas, add them to competitive filter.

 

Use preview is right. I doubled per click rate on one site by checking each ad out.
