I am a adword newbie that start with adword one month. My problem is the investment(ppc) is much higher than return. And I know I have to Optimize my ads. But that's a very complicated part in this google adword. I have read the article '10 Ways To Increase Adwords Quality Score'. I know it works. but it's hard to understand for a newbie. there only some principles, not step by step. I even bought the E-book " get the google ads free". And I regret for it. I hope someone can give me some advices, and I appriciate it. By the way, I want refound the book, but how?

So try something else, instead of Adwords. PPC is expensive, and unless you have some spare money to test it, don't go for PPC.

Try Bum Marketing, or some other free ways of advertising.

First off, dont' get a refund, you bought it, saw the info it contained and have no valid reason to get any refund. Just because you didn't do any searching on the subject and bought a totally useless ebook, it's not the ebooks fault.

That said, the best way to learn adwords is using their help center or finding some kind of mentor to help you.

    Don't take that Guy's advise

If you feel that the sales page was misleading and you did not get what you were lead to believe you were getting, then by all means request a refund

Clickbank gives you 8 weeks to request a refund and they are very good about it

There are way too many ebooks out there that simply do not deliver on their promise and I think that if more people would request refunds then perhaps these merchants would tone down their sales pages to reflect what you are really getting

you can request a refund here http://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html
