i get "ERROR 404 " for posts & pages that have been previously deleted,,how do i do?

    whenever i move a post to Trash or delete a page,,i later on get an ERROR 404 warning from my wordpress 404 monitor showing those previosly deleted items..how can i delete these files permanently..do i have to delete them from my server side??..if so which directory will i find deleted items??...i really need to fix this because i noticed google also crawls those same directories and show 404 error in google webmaster tools...So i need help guys..Useful replies whill be appreciated..Thank You

    You probably get a warning because spiders are still trying to crawl your site. There is no proper way to do it, unless you set redirection.

    To permanently delete posts, I recommend you to delete revisions and autosaves as well.

    Those can be easily accessed via phpMyAdmin.

    THHHANKKSS SOO MUCH BigOne..thats a huge tip you just gave me,,it truely is a BIG ONE:D,,amma try it out ASAP..i will do exactly as you directed and give you feedback soon..i will purposely create a new page and delete it to see if these error will show their ugly faces again..thanks once again man
